Our story

From a remodeling crew
to a company of our own.

SAVA Remodeling started with two brothers and one decision. After three years working for a remodeling company — mostly kitchens, bathrooms and drywall — we set out to build a small business of our own, run the way we believe remodeling should be done.

Today we take on projects inside and out: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall and painting, siding, gutters, windows and doors. The jobs have grown; the approach hasn’t. We use modern materials, plan every project around your home and the people in it, and keep you in the loop from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

We’re still a small, family-run company — on purpose. Every client means much more to us than another entry in a database. You’ll know who is coming to your home, and you’ll always be able to reach us.

Yes. SAVA Remodeling is licensed and insured, and we're happy to share proof of coverage before any work begins.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, look at the project with you and give you a clear, written estimate — free and with no obligation.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Interior and exterior remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall and painting, siding, gutters, windows and doors — from a single repair to a full remodel.

Which areas do you serve?

We work across Greater Rochester, including Webster, Irondequoit, Penfield, Pittsford, Fairport, Brighton, Greece and the surrounding towns. Not sure if you're in our area? Just ask.

How will I know how the project is going?

You'll hear from us throughout the job. We send progress photos, check in during the day, and if we uncover something unexpected we explain it and agree on any change with you before we continue.

Who will be working in my home?

Our own small crew, led by the people who plan your project. You'll know who is coming and how to reach them.

Do you clean up after the job?

Every day. We protect floors and furniture while we work, and we leave the space clean when the job is done.
